Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary

Garden Horizons Stock Tracker is a community-run hobby project. We do not require an account, we do not ask for personal information, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers or marketing networks. The only data we keep is what is strictly needed to serve the page and diagnose outages.

What we collect

• Standard request logs. When you load a page, our edge infrastructure records the request URL, an IP address, a user-agent string, and the response time. This is the same baseline every web server keeps.
• Approximate region. Our CDN derives a country/region from the request IP to route traffic. We do not store this beyond the request lifecycle.
• Theme preference. If you toggle the theme switch we save a single value (theme=dark or theme=light) in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.

What we don't collect

• No account, login, email address, or password.
• No tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics.
• No fingerprinting beyond what the browser sends in standard headers.
• No data from your Roblox account or in-game inventory. We read public community mirrors of the shop catalog only — see the about page for sources.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. The site works without cookies entirely. Future features (e.g. push notifications) may add a strictly-functional cookie; if and when they do, this section will list each one with its purpose and lifetime.

How long we keep request logs

Edge access logs are retained for 30 days for the sole purpose of debugging outages and abuse, then deleted. We do not build profiles, cohorts, or audience segments from this data.

Third parties

We fetch shop data from public community mirrors (growagarden.gg, vulcanvalues.com). Those services do not see your IP address — our server fetches on your behalf.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare's processing of standard request metadata is governed by their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Because we do not store anything tied to your identity, there's nothing personal to retrieve, correct, or delete. If you believe a request log that includes your IP should be removed early, contact us (see below) with the approximate timestamp and we will remove the matching window.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes (e.g. introducing analytics, adding cookies) will be called out clearly.
