How often does the shop refresh?
Every 5 real-world minutes, synced to wall-clock time (:00, :05, :10, :15, :20, :25). See the 5-minute cycle guide for the full explanation, including why there is sometimes a small delay.
Why do my numbers sometimes differ from Discord?
Propagation delay. Different trackers poll at different moments, and the community mirror we read from takes a beat to update after the game server does. Our timestamp is the truth of what our poller saw.
Are you affiliated with the game developers?
No. This is a community project, run as a hobby. Not affiliated with Roblox, the game's developers, or any official channel. More detail on the about page.
Why don't you make buy-now recommendations?
We track stock, we don't tell you what to buy. Recommendations depend on your inventory, goals, and risk appetite — and the best item for one player is the worst for another. We show you the data; you make the call.
Why is there no public API?
We're keeping the API private while the site is new. Shoot us an email at contact@garden-horizons-stock-tracker.example if you want one — we're collecting demand.
How do you keep the data secure?
We rotate ingest keys on a schedule and when anything looks off. We don't leak specific procedures.
What happens when the upstream source goes down?
We fail loudly, not silently. You'll see a yellow or red banner and stale timestamps so you know the numbers are not live. Live status lives on the status page.
How do I report a bug?
Email contact@garden-horizons-stock-tracker.example with the URL, the time, and what you expected vs what you saw. Screenshots help.
